Brick and Fire. Goat cheese with basil, tomatoes and olive oil. Whether you enjoy cheese like I do, this pizza was possibly the best piece of bread I have ever consumed. As an end to the holiday, we stopped off to try his little place called Brick and Fire near Dowtown Orlando. I’d advise anyone in the area to gobble down a persona slice of their favorite.
